Yoga Classes for Grades 1 to 4

Relax, Stretch and Grow! With her uniquely inventive ‘Yoga Play™’ programs Rishma teaches yoga in an animated manner that kids LOVE. Age appropriate yoga postures, fun yoga games, kid friendly meditations, visualization exercises for relaxation, storytelling and YogaDrama™, help children develop mind-body awareness, creativity, strength, flexibility, balance, motor coordination skills, improvisation skills, increased concentration and positive energy through the school year. Note* Program can be tailored to combine children from grades 1 to 6

Yoga Classes for Grades 3 to 6

Rishma provides students with the opportunity to learn how to transform everyday stress and pressure (peer, homework, family) into positive energy, positive self-image, confidence, calmness and strength. Yoga sequences stretch the body and focus the mind, while yoga related games and activities stimulate happiness, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Meditations and focus techniques give students the tools to enhance their potential in school and be at peace with themselves and the world around them.
